SwimSoft has one page where you can see who is waiting, who wants to change day or time, who is progressing, and of course, who is planning to leave. It’s easy to manage a swim school when you have all the information at your fingertips!

Fully Integrated Financials

All aspects of client management are linked to our financial system; Credits and reductions are all handled automatically as clients join, move classes, or leave. Collecting fees is simply a question of pressing a few buttons and once payments have been made, the invoices will be reconciled. How much time could this save you?

Dynamic communications system

SwimSoft has a communication system with Common Sense! For example, when canceling a lesson, it will send communication to all guardians and not just a single contact. SwimSoft also has an inbuilt proofing system so you can check and modify communication before it is sent, helping you avoid embarrassing mistakes.
